MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE & CANCELLATION
The 360° Diamond Biz Club operates on a 12-month framework with monthly billing.
The first 3 months are binding and cannot be cancelled. After the initial 3-month period, the membership continues on a monthly basis.
Cancellation is available via self-cancellation in the Thrivecart customer account area after the minimum term and takes effect at the end of the current billing month if submitted before the next billing cycle.

WHAT THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
One monthly live decision calibration session with Melanie: Focused on targeted questions and course-correction. Not ongoing coaching, accountability, or continuous support.
Advance question submission: Questions must be submitted in advance to ensure focused, decision-oriented discussion. Submissions must be sent to support@nu-ways.com by 6:00 p.m. on the day before the session. Each session runs until all pre-submitted questions have been answered within the defined session window.
Session replays: Live sessions and guest expert sessions are recorded and available in the MY NU WAYS! course system during the active membership period.

SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
Live sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled on German public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or unavailability of Melanie).
